4-H Club Motto "To Make the Best Better" 4-H Meetings The JJHS 4-H Club meets on the second Monday of each month during 2nd Period. 4-H Community Service Project Red Cross Drive - March 2005 4-H Achievement Day LaSalle Parish 4-H Activities Day - May 4, 2005 - Jena City Park 4-H Club Emblem The National 4-H emblem is a four-leaf clover with the letter "H" on the midrib of each leaf. It stands for the development of the Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. The four-leaf clover signifies good luck and achievement. 4-H Club Colors The National 4-H Club colors are green and white. The white background of the 4-H flag symbolizes purity; and the green of the 4-H emblem represents nature's most common color in the great out-of-doors and also is emblematic of youth, life and growth. 4-H Club Pledge I Pledge my Head to clearer thinking my Heart to greater loyalty my Hands to larger service and my Health to better living for my Club, my Community, and my Country.
